What we collect

When you submit the interest form, we collect your email address, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, and the genders you are interested in meeting. We also receive a security token from Cloudflare Turnstile when you complete the anti-spam check. We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, or profile photos through this site.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to understand who is interested in Hue + Kindred, assess fit for our invitation-only matchmaking community, send updates, and contact you about future introductions, services, or events. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate this site and mailing list:

• Kit to securely store subscriber information, manage our interest list, and send updates
• Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect our signup form from automated spam and bot submissions
• Vercel to host this website and process form requests

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf.

Sensitive information

Gender identity and sexual orientation can be sensitive information. We ask for these details only because they help us understand who our invitation-only community serves and make more thoughtful introductions. Please share only what you are comfortable providing.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted by contacting us at hello@huekindred.com.

Data retention

We retain your interest-form responses and email address while we evaluate and develop the Hue + Kindred community, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information. We may retain limited records when necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Children's privacy

Hue + Kindred is intended for adults. The interest form only accepts ages 25 through 45, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Future changes

As Hue + Kindred grows, we may update this policy to reflect new services, events, or information practices. We'll post the updated policy here and revise the date above when we make material changes.
